CPD - Continuing Professional Development - keeps Consultants on top of their subject. XELPLEXTM regards education of its consultants as paramount. Our CPD meetings are informative, of course! - but consultants also benefit from meeting together and exchanging ideas.

We hold regular Refresher and CPD sessions, usually monthly. We use web-conferencing extensively meaning you get the benefits of CPD without the need to travel, though we also run courses for consultants to attend in person.

Expert web design comes with the XELPLEXTM package. You may think a website already gives everything possible, but we have some of the best web exploiters in the business - included with the XELPLEXTM Consultant package!


We have Our Own In-House Consultants

For exampe, XELPLEXTM has its own in-house Franchise Consultant, someone with 28 years experience in the franchise experience who works with our Consultants in a number of ways. Should a XelplexTM consultant consider that a client's business might be franchisable, with all the long-term advantages that brings, we have one of the UK's top experts in-house to advise.

However, although we provide a number of experts from our HQ, we are aware that the real strength of our organisation comprises our Consultants. They are working with clients, they see the kinds of problems businesses face, they have to find ways of solving them.

The more our consultants work together, the stronger we all become. That means that businesses looking to use our services are not getting one person's experience, but that of many. What is unique is the way our consultants are rewarded and share in what we call our co-operative meritocracy.

This strengthens the brand - good for XelplexTM - but makes it worthwhile for our consultants to support one another in their consultancy work: that's excellent news for the client!

What is special about XelplexTM for its Consultants?

XELPLEXTM has something no other organisation can offer: a profit distribution package that is not only quite unique, but pays out a huge amount long-term and which can't be copied.

Why not? Because we've made sure it is our intellectual property!

Incentives

For those who are seriously interested in becoming Consultants in our business, we have negotiated excellent terms with our bank that can provide up to 90% of the franchise fee if credit checks are positive, as an unsecured loan.

This is much more than most bank's franchise departments will offer!

Of those who do need to, research shows that the average amount a new Franchisee borrowed in 2008 stood at £49,000, with 36% needing to borrow more than £50,000. Bank of England base rate reductions have been positive for franchisees!

Franchisors remain steadfastly optimistic about the future, with claimed plans to open an average of 8.9 new franchise units in the coming year. The newer systems (ie less than 3 years old) are looking to expand at an even greater rate with an average of 14 new franchise units.
