Your Experience

Our Xelplex FastGrow Consultants come from many backgrounds. They are usually experienced in running business, either as self-employed or in a senior managerial role.

This means they will know and be able to empathise with the difficulties businesses encounter. They will also have the resources to deal with them. Add to this the Xelplex induction and training, resource manuals and business tools and actions, and you have the ability to transform a business' fortune.

Our Consultants will have a fair amount of 'life experience' meaning that they are good at dealing with people! They have the patience and fortitude to make up their own minds about necessary actions, and press through the changes they think necessary, sometimes against initial management or staff resistance.

A New Beginning

For themselves, they want a new start in life and a way to build a considerable income as they help businesses grow.

Global Presence

Starting in the United Kingdom, Xelplex intends to become a global presence and will be represented at franchise exhibitions around the world as it develops. We look forward to training franchisees from anywhere. In time we shall be running our training programmes in many different countries.

Training Courses

Training courses are run by experienced business people who are usually themselves Xelplex FastGrow Consultants or Head Office staff. Training is held regularly for example in the UK at our training base near Manchester. Induction courses last 5 days of intensive work with a considerable amount of reading and studying to do subsequently. Further training and refresher courses are held there, in Leeds, London and Edinburgh.
